Job Summary
Source leads through various industry sources and databases, and further qualify sales opportunities by calls and visits.
Engage with prospects, understand needs and requirements, and position our relevant software products & services.
Progress these opportunities to commercial proposals and customer orders.
Achieve the revenue and GP targets.
Providing accurate forecast.
Built long-term relationship with customers and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Coordinate order processing, invoicing, installations, and collect payments from customers.
Maintain record of all customer details, communication, and opportunities in CRM.
Keeping oneself updated with certified as per OEM / partner requirements.
