This is Manager Production role, You will be reporting to Manager Planning & Fulfilment. You will be working in Motion LV Motors business Division of ABB. You will be managing production team to meet Customer demand with high quality standard & best HSE practices.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain best safety standards at each level of manufacturing process.
• Motivating & mentoring team to maintain high level of integrity & ethics at work.
• Understand demand & making forecast with help of statistical tools to figure out production strategy , formulate production plans that optimized outputs against service targets.
• Integration of SOP tool to integrate purchases/planning/production with sales.
• Maximize production runs and team efficiencies.
• Selection of best inventory optimization model in line with inventory target & service level at production shop for standard component.
• Maintain standard procedures to capture and analyze the reasons of production loss.
• Develop scheduling systems, formulated production plans that optimized outputs against service targets.

Your background

• B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution.
• Required 12 to15 years experience of experience in low voltage motors production.
• Should have good knowledge on SAP PP/MM module.
• Should have developed scheduling systems, formulated production plans that optimized outputs against service targets.
• Should have collected all daily production figures and produced management reports, developed key planning indicators, reports and graphs.
• Should have experience in liaising between departments that harmonized demands with production capacity.
