Automation Lead Job in Centelon

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with your team members (Onsite & remote), developers across multiple Teams

Design, lead and build the Automation Platform including Testing and RPA

Lead and Automate functional, integration and E2E Test suite

Contribute significantly to testing of Centelon Products

Design and implement test strategy for the business platforms.

Work with team to share knowledge and Learnings

Managing testing resources and delivery both in person and interstate.

Design and implement test strategy for the business platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience and programming background with hands-on development

Technical knowledge on leading automation tools, e.g., UiPath and Blue Prism

Excellent software development background, e.g C#, C++, Java, .NET

Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language)

Experience in Automation of Functional and Integration Testing using Selenium Web Driver, SOAP UI , Postman, Para soft ,etc

Strong Experience in Functional Automation Testing, API Automation and Mobile Automation

Experience on large scale enterprise-wide application development projects

Strategically design and build the Test Automation platform encompassing framework, tools and accelerators

Hands on experience in working in a Continuous Testing and DevOps environment

Good understanding of DB queries & Procedures

Proven understanding of Software development methodologies: Agile/ Scrum, Test Driven Development, Behaviour Driven Development

Strong Banking / Financial Domain knowledge

Experience in Testing Cloud-based application highly regarded

Planning and development of quality design and build that meet project objectives

Proven ability to communicate effectively

Experience in Product testing and Exp in Salesforce testing highly regarded

Experience in cloud-based infrastructure environment highly regarded

Demonstrate experience working in a highly agile team environment whilst maintaining focus and achieving outcomes and meeting deadlines.
