Digital Talent Manager Job in Chatterbox Technologies Pvt. Ltd

We are looking for a strong manager who has experience working with digital talent (celebrities, creators and/or influencers), and has good understanding of their digital content and related growth opportunities.

About the role
Identify & onboard leading & emerging social media stars into our creator management program where you can then help them achieve their business goals; the key KPIs will be talent growth & monetization
Further add capabilities to our offerings to attract top talent and build out appropriate resources & materials needed to attract & retain creators / digital talent
Ensuring talent success by making sure we have a strong pipeline of brands to work with
You will build solid, truthworthy relationships with talent, and be dynamic & hustle to make sure that these relationships stick
You will have to negotiate and work out win-win deals

What will come in handy:
A minimum of 2-3 years working in talent relations (onboarding and/or account management) with a talent agency, film house or relevant content provider/creator
You re a professional communicator with solid negotiation skills
You have a network of talent as well as rising managers to tap to work with
You care. If your talent is facing an issue, you handle it creatively, and with commitment.
