- Responsible for development & delivery of software projects as per requirement shared by Product Owner.
- Good understanding on process, workflow, and requirement reviewing skills.
- Independently manages software development team to successfully deliver multiple projects and meet team goals.
- Manager does planning, resource allocation; scheduling & risk management for multiple projects with Team Leads, if needed can consult to upper manager/level.
- Conducts team & project meetings.
- Shares knowledge & facilitates knowledge sharing within the team.
- Identify & facilitate in fulfilling team s development needs.
- Mentor & coach to improve team productivity.
- Provides effort estimation.
- Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives
- Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team
- Encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement
- To ensure the daily functioning of a department or group of employees.
- Articulates both short and long-term goals to ensure a company s longevity.
- Motivate: As a leader, a manager motivates staff and creates an environment where employees thrive.
- Training: If new technologies or systems are introduced to business, managers to train employees.
