Manager - Training & Qms ( Mr) Job in Classic Protection Force Pvt Ltd.

Conduct Training for all the security personnel as well as the staff

Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.

Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs

Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs

Oversee and maintain in-house training facilities and necessary training equipment

Candidate should be able to conduct Training

should be aware of the Quality management system

Should have experience in working in Security service providing industry

Preference is given to Exservicemen.
