• Graduate/Post graduate of any discipline

Responsibilities:

• Generating Walk Ins from tele calling
• Achieve New Patient Walk-ins target for Self
• Meet Retention Targets through Courtesy and Reminder calls to existing patients
• Training the junior team members and ensuring their conversion rates
• Multi Dept coordination

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Sales experience in call centre
• Strong Business development & target achievement skills
• hard core target driven sales achievement is a must
• Experience in Skin, Hair or Wellness Industry will be preferred
• Excellent Command over Spoken Marathi, Hindi , & English
• Excellent typing Skills
• Minimum 2 years of Job Commitment
