Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities:

Introduction:

Reporting to the Head of Business Development/Sales, the Training Operations Manager will plan for and ensure the seamless execution of training programs for corporate organizations and public batches. This position will work with the sales and business development team to continuously improve the experience for our participants and educators.

  • Scheduling trainers/facilitators and logistics for training program
  • Search for freelance trainers on social media and other agencies
  • Processes NDA and agreement
  • Maintains database of freelancers selected / pipeline, with complete skillsets
  • Will share the POs with Freelancers,receives invoices from freelancers, cross-checks (Invoice vs. PO) and forwards them to accounts
  • Perform client management and liaise with participants and corporate organizations (both locally and overseas) for planning and delivery of training programmes. Also includes conducting After Action Review (AAR) meetings to collect feedback from clients.
  • Collaborate with BD & Tech Team to manage & deploy trainers and facilitators for scheduled trainings.
  • Manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling, training requirements, training attendance and communication.
  • Collect, interpret and predict training and learning-related data.
  • Should be able to handle Staffing Agencies and Contract Consultants
  • Other duties as necessary

Role Requirements:

  • At least 4-8 year of working experience in the field of training, learning & development, operations management, or a related field to any of the above.
  • Be meticulous, have a keen eye for detail, be an excellent communicator, be adaptable when the need calls for it, and be able to juggle between multiple high-stakes projects at once.
  • Bonus: Having a basic understanding of tech and startup frameworks would be beneficial
  • Bonus: Experience running operations in an Approved Training Organization (ATO), including implementing ATO frameworks and processes would be beneficial.
