Job Summary

Lead the Commercialization of the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda (Water, World Without Waste, Climate, Agriculture, and Sugar Reduction) across OU markets, in coordination and alignment with TISC, Marketing, Commercial, Legal and Finance Responsible for coordinating plans at an OU and market level with a balanced set of sustainability strategies and initiatives designed to make rapid advancement against our sustainability objectives. Demonstrate franchise leadership with bottling partners including defining and agreeing on the activities roadmap and investment strategy Accelerates the inclusion of a Sustainability Business Plan in every market of the OU with clear processes, accountabilities, and metrics. In collaboration with the Technical Sustainability Director ensures that all our Innovation is delivering on our Sustainability goals and commitments In collaboration with Finance and Strategy, ensures that we have investment strategies against our Sustainability agenda that deliver value to the business Is a key member of the team that leads the construction and sharing of business cases which drives a more rapid adoption of the best ideas. Leverage the network of cross-functional and global knowledge and capabilities to achieve information exchange and faster execution. Develop efficient/effective governance processes to identify, share and scale best practices and lessons and to track results delivery versus execution. Lead the Cross-Functional team in an agile way to develop and implement the tactics of each ESG / Sustainability pillar, relying on the subject-matter expertise in the functions (TISC, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Strategy and PACS) as needed. To achieve our global goals, the role must focus on the market operationalization of our ESG/ Sustainability Agenda. Prioritization: Inclusion of ESG/ Sustainability goals into markets by incorporating strategic (long-range) and operational (annual) business plans based on clear prioritization of market risks & opportunities via clear processes, accountabilities, and metrics. Operationalization: Develop OU business case, investment roadmap to 2030 and system resource allocation; remove bottlenecks and accelerate execution by leveraging the system decision-makers. Governance & Reporting: central point for governance; facilitating decision-making, tracking, and reporting. Knowledge-sharing: leverage global operations knowledge to achieve information exchange and faster execution. Lead and gain agreement on aggressive Sustainability targets across the different markets. Experience Minimum Masters degree or equivalent, advanced degree preferred 15+ years of sustainability, public policy, and communications experience, with 5 or more years as a senior executive Ability to drive and influence change at the OU level, by influencing senior executives including OU Presidents and Bottler Heads Work Focus Ability to build constructive relationships with convergent and divergent stakeholders representing company positions while building partnerships that enable the company to scale its impact and achieve its sustainability goals.
