System Administration / DevOps Engineer

Experience Required: 3+ Years

• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Manage network servers and technology tools Set up accounts and workstations.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements, Troubleshoot issues and outages.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls Upgrade systems with new releases and models Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies Requirements.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms Specially linux.
• Systems design, feasibility and cost studies and recommend cost-effective cloud solutions to clients.
• Understand client / Project requirements to Deploy Cloud Infrastructure with relevant service which can use to improve web application performance.
• Support cloud servers including security configurations, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Develop scripts for automating client/server functions or Daily Backup.
• Installation & Configuration of PHP/MySQL & Apache, IIS, tomcat.
• Use to with VMWARE, Virtual box and VMWARE vSphere.
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude .

• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role Experience with databases(MYSQL, MongoDb, PGSql), networks (LAN, WAN, MAN) and patch management Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
• Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl or other language Knowledge of cloud technology like AWS, Google cloud, Digital Ocean is must.
• Configure and fine tune Cloud Infrastructure systems, Upgrade/Downgrade the EC2 Instances, Modifying RDS Instances and other services.
• Deploy AWS Infrastructure with Windows and Linux Servers with required software and configuration.
• Having knowledge about Zimbra email server (Community Edition), Endian Firewall and pfsence Firewall.

Good Knowledge of GIT, Docker knowledge, CI/CD knowledge
