Job Summary

What we are looking for Must haves Bachelors degree (Engineering preferred) 12+ years of experience working as an Account Manager or a Client Management role Proven track record in software project delivery and account growth Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies Proven experience building and leveraging executive relationships to drive sales Experience working in the Technology consulting and services industry A blend of Technology and Business mindset Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Roles & Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders Understand clients' business goals and challenges to proactively provide solutions and value-added services Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations Account Mining and Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue and profitability Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. Software Project Delivery Oversight: Leverage your experience in software project delivery to ensure successful execution and delivery of projects Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure projects are on time, within scope, and meet quality standards Client Advocacy and Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to understand their evolving needs and preferences Advocate for clients within the organization to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded Revenue Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate revenue forecasts for assigned accounts Provide regular reports on account performance and growth metrics
