Job Summary
  • Job Description
  • Handling small and medium scale enterprise accounts.
    Update knowledge of customers on our products and service offerings.
    Understanding customer needs, providing responsive services to customer issues and building relationships with key customer contacts.
    Acting as a liaison between the customer and the operations team for feature requests, campaign requests and any design requests.
    Manage technically and politically complex situations and demonstrate ability to defuse them.
    Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
    Able to identify customer existing sales opportunities that meet financial parameters & ability to upsell and cross sell in the account
    Understanding of sales performance metrics and working with specific financial targets (Quarter on Quarter)
    Execute on customer reach plan which results in generating additional business and drives customer loyalty.
    Understand and support the overall Strategy for the customer handling.
    Ability to handle Contract Renewals and closure.
    Achieve defined levels of customer satisfaction in the given set of accounts
    Ability to perform account planning, revenue planning and account mapping
  • skills & experience
  • Preferably MBA (Marketing/IT) with an Engineering background.
    Minimum of 4 years of relevant (Account Management) experience in a reputed organization
    Excellent written, presentation and oral communication
    Good at relationship building.
    Working knowledge of digital marketing and email marketing OR IT application services business
    Consults with business leaders to ensure understanding of the business requirements and future strategic direction of the business/function.
    Interacts with stakeholders and has the executive presence to influence direction, sell ideas, roadmaps, and approaches.
