Job Summary

Review & Design of the project requirements Documents.
Communication with project managers and clients
Coordination with the team members
Keep track of the client feedback/changes.
Continuous monitoring & mentoring of Testing team members.
Responsible for the timely delivery of projects.
Escalate the issue about project requirements (Software, Hardware, Resources) to Project Manager.
Review various reports prepared by Test Engineers
Handling multiple assignments simultaneously.
Adhering to company process & suggest process improvement ways.
