Qualification & Experience:

Qualification:MBA HR Or Bachelors with equivalent experience

Job Responsibilities:

• 1.5+ years of proven experience in end to end recruitment
• Organize Campus drives and Summer Internship Programs
• Ability to work in a high volume and niche requirements in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of key recruiting craft skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection, selling and negotiating techniques, as well as candidate management systems
• Experience in sourcing potential candidates via professional platforms,(e.g.Naukri, LinkedIn etc)
• Conduct employee onboarding, joining formalities and help organize training & development initiatives
• Documentation of new joiners, preparing joining documents.
• Coordinate with bank representatives, to create new salary accounts for new joiners and assisting in payroll activities
• Ability to interview and assess appropriate potential hires
• Conduct Employee Engagement Activities to develop positive work culture in workplace
