Make a difference by,

Provide analytical thought leadership and drive actionable insights to drive business impact across the organization

Oversee data collection and BI activities ensuring alignment with departmental and business-wide vision and strategies

Assist the team analytically by identifying problem statements and recommending practical solutions

Build and continue nurturing the data-led culture that we have built at CoinDCX.

End to end ownership of a data engineering program and team, including gathering inputs from leadership and partner teams, roadmap planning and prioritization, promoting best practices and mentoring and developing your team

Job requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a similar role with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in formulating analytical methodologies for complex business problems
• Ability to act as a consultant; challenge status quo and partner with business leaders at strategic level.
• Ability to apply analytical/statistical methodologies to identify value add to the business.
• Skilled in transforming data and affecting business processes in order to support data governance and integrity
• Has led analytics teams in the past preferably at startup(s)
