Job Summary

Experience

  • Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in Sales, marketing, BD with demonstrated success, preferably in media, dotcom or event industry. No Fresher.

Required Skills

  • Exposure in Concept/Solution Selling and handling EA accounts.
  • Proven success in your sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process.
  • Confident negotiator and ability to 'close the deal'.
  • Strong client management skills and ability to keep promises.
  • Capable of hands on problem solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
  • A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities.
  • Team Management
  • Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone and presentation.
  • A positive attitude to dealing with people.
  • Capable of working independently

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospecting, Identifying, & generating new business and generating additional business from existing customer.
  • Make daily sales calls/presentations and achieve monthly revenue/targets.
  • Create and implement strategies to seek out potential partners to promote our solutions.
  • Develop and Maintain Positive Customer Relationship and ensuring proper end to end client servicing.
  • Making a plan of action, Pre-call preparation and maintaining accurate sales reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
  • Preparing action plans and schedules to identify target market gathering data on the same.
  • Establish and maintain relationship with clients.
  • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation.
  • Manage Executives locally & conduct events & other promotional activities.
  • Responding to requests for information in a timely manner.
