How You'll Help Us Connect the World: Needs to coordinate with R&D for new product design evaluation & get an agreement as correct requirement to Procurement for RFQ Able to conduct new supplier pre-screening assessment & qualification for new product introduction or localization. Conduct DFM evaluation for new tooling, gauging & fixturing accordingly. Project execution through APQP- Time line agreement with supplier for new parts' development & follow up to achieve right at first time. Correct assessment of PFMEA for new product development & execution. Know-how of DFMEA to better alignment of supplier s black box design & alignment of CommScope R&D. Supplier s process sequence design agreement based on robust CommScope quality requirements & optimized cycle time with respect of projected volume. Capacity analysis of supplier s process with respect of quality output. First Article submission & qualification, MSA, Ppk & Cpk evaluation, PPAP execution, mass production ramp up & smooth handover to regular production. Supplier s process through put out put improvement & converting into piece price reduction. Regular quality issues management with close coordination with internal customers & suppliers. Perform supplier s process audit, risk & sustainability audit & close monitoring for supplier s risk level & development plan. Required Qualifications for Consideration: B.E/B.Tech with 9+ years of experience and a proven track record in Supplier Quality domain. You Will Excite Us If You Have: Experience working with Aluminum sheet metal. Expert level of knowledge on stamping, tooling processes. Must be hands on with Minitab for conducting analysis and quality improvements. Should have a data driven approach with analytical abilities that helps in better decision making. Should have strong communications and presentation skills using Power point or Power BI. Good to have experience in Value engineering, SMED and lean supply chain operations. Added advantage if six sigma black/green belt certified.
