• Send to client and follow-up for interview schedules
• Following up with shortlisted candidates for an interview till onboarding
• As per schedule , follow-up clients about the interview
• Collect feedback from candidates and clients
• Update candidates and clients for /further process
• Complete the offer , joining process.
Should maintain database of all candidates .
