Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting sales and campaign results
  • Managing sales data
  • Communicating opportunity numbers on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Organizing and maintaining sales collateral for access by Sales executives
  • Helping with Sales forecasting for goal setting, using past data and indicators
  • Managing technical tools and platforms, including CRMs (customer relationship management platforms such as Zoho), often in collaboration with IT
  • Helping with lead research, qualification and generation
  • Help increase Sales executives efficiency with leads, transactions, and time management
  • Using internal data, along with market and competitor research, to help drive sales strategy

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of working with any CRM and associated tools
  • B2B Cold Calling experience of 2 years or more
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with databases and sales software
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to work well in groups
  • Ability to multitask
