Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting sales and campaign results
- Managing sales data
- Communicating opportunity numbers on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Organizing and maintaining sales collateral for access by Sales executives
- Helping with Sales forecasting for goal setting, using past data and indicators
- Managing technical tools and platforms, including CRMs (customer relationship management platforms such as Zoho), often in collaboration with IT
- Helping with lead research, qualification and generation
- Help increase Sales executives efficiency with leads, transactions, and time management
- Using internal data, along with market and competitor research, to help drive sales strategy
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of working with any CRM and associated tools
- B2B Cold Calling experience of 2 years or more
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with databases and sales software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work well in groups
- Ability to multitask
