Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the channel s goals and target audience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

Content Promotion:

Create and curate engaging content (including images, videos, and written posts) for various social media platforms.
Schedule and publish content on a consistent basis to maximize reach and engagement.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media to foster a positive online community.

Audience Growth:

Identify opportunities to expand the channel s reach and engage with potential subscribers.
Collaborate with influencers and partners to cross-promote content and grow the channel s audience.

Analytics and Reporting:

Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Use data-driven insights to optimize social media strategies and campaigns.

Collaborative Teamwork:

Collaborate with content creators, videographers, and marketing teams to ensure social media efforts align with content production and promotional initiatives. o Contribute creative ideas for video titles, thumbnails, and descriptions.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in the social media domain.
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or channels. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual content.
Familiarity with YouTube, SEO, and video marketing is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
