Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities

  • Complete exposure to Product development, Pricing, and Launch.
  • ManagingforSalesandSalesSupport,ProjectSales,Distribution Channels, and Retail Markets.
  • Heading and responsible for OverallSales, Collections, Gross Margins, and P & L for thedifferent Branches.
  • Handling a team ofprofessionals and Coordinating with different departments of the company.
  • To direct the salesTeam and establish distribution and Merchandising activities in line with the Business Plan.
  • To the captain, lead, coach, and mentor team for thinking and achieving big results with optimum resources
  • Dosalesanalysis and accurately forecastSalesand Stock requirements and coordinate with Logistics for the same.
  • Increase the share of revenue in all identified markets through Channel, Direct Projects, and productivity enhancement of distribution.
  • Expertise in market trade planning and execution on minimum costing.
  • GrowSalesOperations Dimension, appoint channel, distribution for creating reach in the market optimally, and servicing Projects Directly & ImplementSalesPromotion Strategies & Explore New Business Avenues Lead and Manage partners with all process compliances
  • Build a full-scalesalesoperation from the ground up; duties include establishing database systems, recruitment of seniorsalesexecutives, and developingsalesandmarketingstrategies
  • Implement strategic goals formarketingcampaigns; serve as project manager.
  • Strategize with senior management to market new products
  • Scheme building to attract the customer for bettersalesbuilding
  • Building new clients while maintaining & engaging the existing associates with relation-building techniques and recognition
  • Ensuring smooth end to end supply chain process
  • Rewards and recognition, training & coaching for the team for motivation & engagement
  • Exploring the opportunities and managing the brand stalls during Expos & exhibitions
  • Involved in the audit process of material to ensure high standards product delivered in the market
  • An integral part in all the verticals like projectSales, channelsSales, Branding, MIS. As the setup is new.
  • Develop new distributors and dealers.
  • Increased business objectives and benchmarks through training, field contacts, BTL activities, andmarketing.
