Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Confer with hiring managers and HR to discuss staffing needs, discuss recruitment strategy; edit job description if/as needed and post requirements.
  • Design and coordinate the entire hiring process.
  • Source qualified candidates via job sites, databases, networking etc.
  • Pre-screen applications and conduct further telephone screening if needed
  • Help establish connections with professional groups, communities and other organizations
  • Manage interview schedules for all the candidates
  • Create and run referral bonus programs
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  • Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in the entire recruitment life cycle, HR operations
  • MBA/PGDM in HRM/ Marketing
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Human Resource Information Systems
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate the hiring of multiple roles.
  • Knowledge of effective hiring practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Entrepreneurial at heart and likes to take ownership
  • Immediate joiner

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience
