• 15+ years of Experience in design of Hydraulics Systems for Heavy Equipment
• Good Project Management and team management experience
• Good Experience in working with global customer
• Excellent Communication skills
• Won the complete responsibility of performance of the team
• Identify the training needs for the team and provide / arrange required trainings for the team
• Act Single point of contact for all Hydraulics requirements
• Need review deliverables from offshore before delivering to customer
• Rail Domain experience is an Advantage
• Hydraulic Product Design, Concept Development
• Validation And Field Testing, Calculation And Pipe Routing
• Hose Routings and Hard Pipe Routings
• Selection of Fittings and Hydraulic Connectors
