- Good Experience in working with global customer
- Excellent Communication skills
- Won the complete responsibility of performance of the team
- Identify the training needs for the team and provide / arrange required trainings for the team
- Act Single point of contact for all Hydraulics requirements
- Need review deliverables from offshore before delivering to customer
- Rail Domain experience is an Advantage
- Hydraulic Product Design, Concept Development
- Validation And Field Testing, Calculation And Pipe Routing
- Hose Routings and Hard Pipe Routings
- Selection of Fittings and Hydraulic Connectors
