Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet organizational goals and objectives. Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management. Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and customer segments to expand our customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies related to our products and services. Qualification & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Minimum 5-6 years of experience in sales management and leadership, preferably in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Result-oriented and driven to deliver exceptional sales performance.
