Job Description The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. They must possess a strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms, along with excellent communication and analytical skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, and creative, and stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends. Responsibilities Developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for digital marketing strategies. Planning and executing various digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising. Creating and managing engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and other digital channels. Monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant analytics tools and making data-driven recommendations for optimization. Collaborating with internal teams, such as graphic designers, content creators, and developers, to ensure the effective execution of digital marketing initiatives. Managing and optimizing website content and user experience to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Managing and growing the company's social media presence and engaging with followers to foster brand loyalty and customer satisfaction. Tracking and reporting on key digital marketing metrics and providing regular performance updates to management. Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and implementing innovative strategies to drive results. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Proven work experience as a digital marketing executive or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tactics. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media management tools, email marketing software, etc. Experience in managing SEO/SEM campaigns and optimizing websites for search engines. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Qualifications Previous experience in digital marketing or a related field. Demonstrated success in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. Knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred). Certifications in digital marketing or relevant areas (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics) are a plus. Experience 2 to 3 years of experience
