Job Description CricTracker is looking for Social Media Managers. As a Social Media Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing the social media strategy on all properties. The candidate's main objective will be to enhance the brand's online presence across various social platforms. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, and drive traffic Create and curate engaging content for all social media channels, including text, images, videos, and infographics. Schedule and publish content on social media platforms, ensuring consistency and appropriate timing for maximum reach. Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and analyze data to optimize campaigns and improve overall effectiveness. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging social media platforms to recommend innovative strategies. Monitor competitors' social media activities and provide insights to enhance our competitive edge. Implement and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and relevant messaging across platforms. Requirements Good cricket knowledge is a must Time management skills to meet deadlines and manage daily social media activities. Adaptability to keep up with rapidly changing social media trends and algorithms. Collaboration and teamwork to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Brand awareness and the ability to maintain consistent brand messaging. Crisis management skills to handle any negative feedback or online controversies professionally. Knowledge of social media ethics and guidelines to ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
