Project Manager Job in Cuelogic Technologies

We are looking to speak with candidates who are:

• Experienced Project Manager / Leads having excellent working knowledge oftechnical implementationand inturn assist the team with Technical solution and issue resolution.
• You prior experience inexecuting a fast paced Agile development.
• You should have a strong technical flair and passion to find innovative solutions to problems.

Must-have technical/ process skills:

• Hands on development expertise in Web/ Cloud/ Mobile Platforms
• Must have managed and successfully delivered Web development projects using .Net / C# / SQL / Javascript frameworks
• Excellent hands-on experience with Project Planning and strategy to execution
• Excellent knowledge of running fast-paced projects in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban)
• Knowledge or hands-on exposure with team using CI / CD
• Good understanding on implementing process like TDD, Effective Reviews, BDD and Test Automation
• Good understanding of Risk Management and Mitigation approaches
• Process improvement strategy for tackling challenges including timely and quality delivery, team satisfaction, growth path for teams
• Should have executed at least 2 medium to large scale development projects
• Contribution to Pre-Sales, Training, Recruitment activities

Must-have soft skills:

• Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
• Client Management - Requirement gathering, expectation setting, Status reporting
• Excellent Logical & analysis Skills
• Proven experience in handling multiple projects with team size ranging from 15-20
• Proven experience in managing team and customer across locations and demographics
• Ability to work with individuals of diverse demographics
• Good People Management Skills
