Job Summary

Title: Analyst, Demand Generation/Lifecycle Nurture Analyst

Level: Team Lead

Position Duties

  • Assist in the data analytics to support a data-driven prospect journey map, preferably large enterprise organizations
  • Generate stage-level organizations lists for use in nurture, ABM and advocacy campaigns.
  • Assess and document the data attributes aligned to engagement lifecycle stages.
  • Measure ROI and impact of demand gen programs/campaigns executed
  • Use analytical insights to solve important business problems and formulate robust, actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Analyze and benchmark progression and pace of current customers through the stages.
  • Model and develop dashboards for routine measurement.
  • Correlate existing engagement scoring to lifecycle and upsell/cross-sell trends.
  • Assisting the Demand Gen team to generate monthly and quarterly reports using data extracted from Salesforce, Marketo and other DB tools

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in data insights, reporting, analytics and organizational engagement journey mapping to facilitate segmented and targeted marketing initiatives
  • Familiarity with the B2B SaaS Software industry and the related engagement lifecycle.
  • Comfort with melding data from disparate systems.
  • 2-4 years of Salesforce reporting experience required. Knowledge of Tableau, Gainsight and other analytics strongly preferred.
  • Marketing/Market research/Marketing analytics background preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel, particularly in data analysis functions
  • International work experience preferred (particularly working with global stakeholders in the U.S.)
  • Highly organized;comfortable working on multiple projects or tasks in a given period of time
  • Track record of meeting deadlines
