Job Summary

Job Description:

Cvent is searching for a high-impact ATL to join their Enterprise Marketing team and partner with the global marketing teams in the US and Europe to develop and manage campaign execution.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the marketing mix used across the entire engagement journey; ideally with experience of marketing software or meetings & events industries to Enterprise customers; success in B2B marketing; and the ability to balance strategic and tactical responsibilities. You should be both creative and analytical, able to integrate social media, digital marketing techniques, traditional physical events, and corporate communications, and take the reins of delivering marketing activities to achieve good results.

Position Duties:

  • Partner with regional marketing team to execute marketing plans (campaigns, live events such as webinars, seminars, networking events etc.) to help generate leads for sales team
  • Manage end to end execution, from taking inputs from strategic marketing team and working with program management team to get it executed.
  • Responsible for sales enablement ensuring the sales team is kept up to date with all marketing activities, ranging from seminars and webinars to new content and marketing campaigns
  • Develop, and implement a cohesive account-based marketing (ABM) plan that aligns with business goals
  • Translate the marketing strategy into funnel-focused marketing programs to acquire, engage and retain customers
  • Own the content calendar to scale our messaging and support regional lead-gen programs across regions and industry verticals
  • Manage, measure, track, and report on marketing activities to evaluate campaign results and effectiveness across the mix

Candidate Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience managing and executing marketing campaigns including creatives, email marketing, tracking, reporting, stakeholders coordination and performance review
  • 1-2 years of experience in content strategy and performance review
  • Experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns including creatives, email marketing, tracking, reporting, stakeholders coordination and performance review
  • Creative thinker, team player, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and an effective communicator
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with initiative and enthusiasm
  • Knowledge of content & digital marketing techniques for inbound marketing, and of developing outbound e-marketing nurture campaigns
