Job Summary

Job Description:

We have multiple Associate Product Consultant positions for graduates with 1-5 years of work experience in our Client Services Department . As our clients secondary point of contact, you will spend approximately 100% of your day working on client/account maintenance projects, some of which would require you to make outbound calls. There are a few other daily activities and special projects that you will be required to perform in addition to working on client and account maintenance ones.

Work Hours: US Shifts East and West Coast (24*7)/ Should be flexible to work in weekend shifts

Position Duties:

Some or all of the position duties below will be applicable

Demonstrate detailed product knowledge when assisting clients to streamline their sourcing process

Reviewing clients accounts and conducting periodic audits for the cordial relationships with the clients

Create RFPs (Request for Proposals) for the clients to streamline their sourcing process

Interacting with the clients over phone/emails to help them maintain their accounts/databases

Will be involved in estimating project execution time, deadlines, procedures etc.

Document all communication with the client in Cvent s CRM software

Strive to meet weekly performance metrics as well as quarterly performance assessments

Candidate Requirements:-

Bachelor s degree with strong academic credentials.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Experience in Blended Process that involves working on Custom tasks & Projects preferably travel & hotel background.

Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity

Candidate must rank within the top 20% of their present team

Experience in working on Microsoft Excel and Word.

Candidates should be ready to work night / late night shifts

Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task

Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team

Should have 2 - 5 years of experience with a reputed organization, BPO or call center in supporting US, UK or Australia clients
