Description:
This is a unique opportunity for an individual with prior experience in System and Process Governance. This role is responsible to run System and Process Governance processes to ensure fitness of data elements - both the content and metadata.
The overall objective of a role is maintenance of data quality, in regard to the key/critical data. This includes capturing/documenting (meta)information for their elements such as: definitions, data overriding rules/governance, related data models, etc. and ensure the data in the various Corporate system is always updated with most relevant information.
This position also provides ongoing support to Cvents growth plan for increase needs for Lead Flow, seamless integrations of new acquisitions and implementation of new process and systems.

Position Duties:
Be accountable for integrity and quality of system, processes and data
Act as a data controller & processer for GDPR and over data compliance
Define Data Quality, Overriding, Retention, accessibility and purging rules for Salesforce and other business systems
Responsible for establishing requirements and assessing the quality of the data in a database
Lead the process and system mapping and migration/integration (systems, data & processes) for all the Cvents acquisitions
Ensure documentation on the data such as when they were collected, where, how, by whom, and under what conditions
Ensure data documentation is developed and maintained including metadata
Leverage systems to optimize business process for various business teams

Candidate Requirements:
Overall 12-15 years of experience implementing large scale System and Process Governance projects across systems and processes
Knowledge of basic data management principles and concepts
Knowledge of how to create data standards, determine business data requirements, and business rules
Experience of working on business systems Salesforce, Oracle EBS, Marketo
In Depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, design and flow
Good understanding of project life cycle
Good knowledge of Visio/Lucid or similar tool
Ability to work independently and multi-task to meet critical deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
Must be a team player and be able to lead and mentor
