Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end bid process.
  • Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer
  • Play support role for the marketing and sales team to gather intelligence on recent and
    upcoming bids and tenders.
  • Responsible for proposal preparation, ensuring quality, compilling bids & submitting in a timely manner.
  • Track Tenders/RFPs for new bids / design competitions.
  • Manage bidding process, form Consortiums with partner firms, prepare bid documents,
    follow-up with client/partners till bid submission.
  • Documentation tender submission.
  • For successful bids, manage work delivery between partners and internal team.
  • Scan selected target markets for opportunities and identify partners for
    strategic tie-ups.
