Job Title

Manager Sales & Business Development - BPO Services

Job Responsibilities

1. Identifying, qualifying, and securing BPO business opportunities (For Domestic Market); coordinating business generation activities; Looking for solutions.

2. Key Account Management

3. To generate new business (to get BPO processes - Domestic for the organization) Building business relationships with current and potential clients.

4. Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts

5. Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information

6. Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client till the closing of process

7. Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals

8. Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration.

Skill Requirement

1. Must have relevant experience in Client Acquisition, Business Acquisition (Getting BPO business from prospect clients) with domestic clients.

2. Dynamic and Go getter approach

3. Good client base

4. Presentable with excellent communication skills

5. Experience with BPO business development (getting new processes for the company) will be bigger advantage
