Job Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies. Prepare a detailed social media plan including paid and unpaid events, budgets for all annual promotional and sale events of the organization
• Develop and expand community and influencer outreach efforts. Build and connect social media influencers for existing markets and new expansion markets to create opportunities to increase brand visibility
• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, adapting content to suit different channels. Prepare a monthly social media calendar, which should be communicated to all relevant stakeholders
• Handling social media accounts and managing social media posting schedules
• To develop and implement an efficient social media strategy in discovering new ways to market their business.
• Brainstorming ideas for campaigns and creating content
• Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms. Partner with Creative team to build exciting social media posts/ content to engage with existing customers and reach out to new customers
• Research on latest social media trends
• Assist in influencer marketing campaigns and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Monitor analytics and research on market competition
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach

Skill Requirement

• Relevant experience in managing multiple social media platforms, majorly facebook, instagram, twitter, Linkedin and other online channels
• Well versed with new age Social media platforms and Short video apps
• Well versed in using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
