Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company products/services.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects. s
Maintain and update the customer database.
Knowledge of the GeM Portal is an added advantage
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
Prepare and present reports on customer interactions and sales performance.
Stay updated with industry trends and market changes to improve sales strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Any Graduates with 0-2 year of experience in sales or customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Should have good communication in English ( Hindi added advantage )
