Job Summary
Looking to hire RA&FM Analysts for Telecom Fraud & Revenue Assurance
Candidate should have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
Perform revenue assurance controls using the RA tool and report all the observations which are caused by systemic issues, process gaps and may lead to revenue loss.
Monitor fraud alarms generated by Fraud management tool. Take immediate corrective actions to prevent the fraud.
Have good understanding of telecom frauds like SIMBOX, IRSF (International Revenue Share Fraud), Wangiri fraud, AIT (Artificial Inflation Traffic), Subscription fraud.
Work in shifts to provide 24X7 Fraud coverage.
This role will require interactions with most teams internal to at management and operational level. This includes but is not limited to teams within Switch, IN, Carrier, Quality, Network Operations Centre, IT Operations, IT Development, Marketing, Pricing and Propositions and Customer Service and external suppliers of Fraud and RA tools.
Core Skills/Competencies:
Strong professional background in Telecom.
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Enthusiastic, proactive, taking the initiative to ensure problems are resolved in time.
