Job Summary

Who we are looking for?

A Growth Strategistat Cyntexa will be responsible for developing strategic plans that will help improve Cyntexa to reach its goals and targets and improve its profitability and growth ratio.

This role features a mix of demand generation planning, coordination, an execution based on a pipeline trending analysis, and participation in the sales leadership as a key stakeholder.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with exceptional business acumen to take the form of recommendations and ownership of the Lead Generation plans, Campaign and Programs creation as well as execution, Sales & Marketing alignment, and best practice sharing.

The one who analyzes existing business strategies, and practices and provides recommendations for improvements. Additionally, one of the most important aspects of this role is to keep an eye on any recent and/or new developments in the industry that can be further leveraged to diversify the organization s operations and build a new vertical

  • Creating and presenting strategic plans for a better growth ratio of the organization.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal clients to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
  • Must be able to network across the company and manage cross-functional virtual teams.
  • Ensure full engagement of sales teams in relevant lead generation actions via ongoing communication and review of results, as an actual member of the sales management team.
  • Conducting timely market research
  • Work with cluster/country marketing teams to guide the program execution of campaigns, which requires AE s direct contribution.
  • Create and own a consolidated demand generation plan to meet AE pipeline generation targets, taking into account sales priorities.
  • Identifying and promoting the best use of demand generation tools within sales teams, and sharing demand generation best practices across countries and segments.
  • Ability to debate and discuss contradictory opinions and be flexible in your thinking.
  • Ability to translate strategy and vision to tangible initiatives and actions, prioritizing and optimizing when necessary.
  • Strong affinity understanding of target audiences, needs, and sales management processes.
