Job Summary
Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of attendance records, production, and accuracy.
Responsible for account auditing and managing auditing projects.
Responsible for daily coordination, coaching, and developing of Data Entry Representatives.
Responsible for running daily call center reports and reporting on Data Entry Representative stat.
Responsible for attending all required team meetings and trainings.
Responsible for reviewing, verifying, and reporting on department overrides.
Responsible for communicating departmental/procedural issues daily to Supervisor/Manager.
Responsible for the completion of other assigned duties reasonably associated with this position.
