Responsibilities

• Design and update job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online channels.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Advertise job openings on companies careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Completing hiring on time.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
• Experience with sourcing techniques.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• 6 Months - 1 year experience.
• Preferred female candidates
