• Understanding and executing joining formalities and documentation
• Responsible for overall quality system in HR department

Experience, Qualification and Desired skills

• 1-3 years of experience
• Familiarity with human resource management system and applicant tracking system.
• Experience in full cycle recruiting.
• Demonstrable leadership abilities.
• Solid communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
