As the Manager Design or Director of Design, you will be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of the design and creative outputs of products. You will need to possess strong interaction design skills, unparalleled visual design flair, great instincts around solving the right user problems, and good intuition around marketing messaging.
Your responsibilities :
- Create compelling product visions and strategies that power our roadmap, in partnership with product and engineering leadership.
- Build effective relationships and operating rhythms with leaders inside Cleartax. Drive user experiences that are cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed.
- Grow the design and research teams. Hire, organize, and mentor.
- You teach the soft and hard skills. You help designers become the collaborative glue that inspires product management and engineering while also developing their core competencies at envisioning what could be.
- Foster the creation of a design language that can cover the entire product surface area and enforce its usage.
- Exhibit strong design skills and craftsmanship. Be able to participate in hands-on work and reviews. - Mapping design decisions to key performance indicators (KPIs)
