Job Summary
Location :- Nagpur, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad
Experience :- 3-5 years of customer support experience in the IT industry
5+ years of experience handling major accounts and project
3-5 years of hands-on technical experience in development or quality assurance
Qualification :-* QA automation knowledge an advantage
* Dev any skillset (from any platform)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Project management for assigned development accounts utilizing PMI s PMP processes and best practices
- Communicate, track, and manage teams of technical engineers
- Manage, host, and participate in virtual conferences with both on-shore and offshore personnel
- Organize and track project data, tasks, KPIs, and deliverables
- Perform administrative duties including but not limited to: travel arrangements, expense report preparation, etc. - Proactively manage project-related issues on assignment - Develop long-lasting relationships with clients and prospects - Must effectively communicate and work cohesively with team members and management - Comprehend, communicate, and exceed customer expectations
- Hours: 40 plus hours per week Must be willing and available to work overlapping hours as needed for US client collaboration
- Highly organized self-starter
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines both independently and in a team structure
- Experience working with US/UK based clients as Technical Project Manager on IT projects with successful track record
- Experience on IT Project estimation techniques
- Manage intercompany and client expectations
- Must excel in written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Exposure to working within AWS and other cloud hosted environments a plus
- Knowledge and experience managing projects utilizing a variety of Development Methodologies (i.e.: Scrum, Kanban, Agile, Waterfall, etc.) SAFe Agile training and certification preferred
- Experience with tracking/management systems such as Jira and Confluence a must
