Job Summary

Your day to day responsibilities: Fresher hiring, Campus engagement and recruitment drives Lateral hiring, Job posting, application screening, interview scheduling Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline Keep records of interview process including interview notes, profile related paperwork, etc for reference as needed New employee induction, on-boarding and training coordination Obtaining consultants, freelancers and temporary staff if and when needed Coordinate key team meetings Ensure day-to-day smooth functioning of office and taking care of ad-hoc tasks such as travel arrangements, bill-payments, etc Apart from the job functions of an HR, you will be required to ensure that the office functions efficiently on a daily basis. You will be required to ensure the well being of the office, reporting, making purchases for the office, and organizing, executing, and assisting with team activities and logistics (meetings, on-sites/off-sites, and team social events). etc Skills to succeed in the role: Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and be motivated to take on a new challenges Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team environment Must be Proactive, Organized and Results Oriented with a strong sense of ownership
