Job Summary
End to end inhouse recruitment for software development company. Candidates having experience in recruitment will be preferred. Work closely with Project Managers and Project Leaders in dealing with any translator issues. Negotiate the best costs for the assigned languages, gather demand information to assist with growing sales and margin preservation Support Tools and Process team and Project Managers in prioritising and implementing new processes and/or products to translator partners, in order to increase efficiencies. Follow up on the resulting impact and report on performance. Searching Freelancers through various portals. Attendance, Movement & Visitors registers maintenance. Courier Record : Inward & Outward Handle local Vendors Taking care of office administration Time to time other tasks will be assigned. Calling Backoffice Sales, Online Bidding experience are additional benefits We are looking for a candidate who has a keen interest in learning new things Excellent command over written and spoken English is a must. The candidate should be competent enough in negotiating. The candidate should be ready to take Initiative Excellent IT skills and computer literacy essential. Familiar with all Microsoft applications particularly Outlook, Word and Excel Provident Fund ESIC/Mediclaim Paid Vacation Leave Paid Sick Time Performance Bonus Quarterly Bonus
