Overview:

The Technology Business Management Office (TBMO) within the GCIO/CTO COO team are responsible for providing bank wide technology cost transparency that enables the bank to maximise the value of its technology spend. The TBMO supports technology cost decisions and business case information requirements using an Apptio cost model that enables technology leaders and business partners to understand the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of their technology decisions. The TBMO collaborates with technology leaders and business consumers across the bank to support the delivery of business & technology objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Total ownership of Technology Infrastructure products and associated commercials within the TBM Apptio Product model end to end responsibility of Cost Management, Cost Transparency and Business Allocations
• Take an active leadership role in Public Cloud implementation within the Product model understand and drive transparency of Public Cloud costs
• Regularly engage with senior management to drive commercial discussions and provide oversight to achieve Group CIO cost targets
• Work with multiple Product Managers within the Technology function to ensure a high level of data accuracy in the model
• Play a lead role in implementation of new technology products in the model; expected to be pro-active in identifying and fixing gaps
• Provide leadership oversight to existing TBMO team in Pune

Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of Technology Infrastructure Compute, Storage etc.
• Strong data modelling and excel skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with teams and drive output across multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication skills
• Past experience of managing teams (Preferable)
• Expected to quickly learn the concepts of TBM and Apptio Not expected to do any Apptio development work but should be willing to learn and understand the functionality
