The role is part of the HR-IT and is to lead one of the Agile Delivery Squads.
Candidate will be working in Agile Philosophy and will be a member of cross-functional IT delivery team that includes business analysts, developers and testers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to deliver value through the delivery of high quality software within an agile development lifecycle.
- Work with stakeholders on requirements and participate in backlog refining sessions.
- Develop data pipeline, architecture and engineering components to integrate these solution replacing legacy debt.
- Lead a pod of engineers to design and build software for the Agile Squad.
- Provide guidance to team and business on end-to-end solution designs.
- Provide hands on engineering expertise to the team, delivering / committing code on regular basis.
- Work with the team on functional and non-functional requirements, technical analysis and design.
- Build new age analytics stack to model analytical model.
- Bring in agility and compliance for analytics stack ensuring appropriate governance.
- Coding and testing, reviewing other team members changes.
- Bring CICD culture within the development teams.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Software Development experience (SDLC) methodologies like Agile.
- Understand data modeling, Warehousing terminology and data management strategies
- Core Java experience Data Structures, Algorithms and Design Patterns.
- Good understanding of Micro Service architecture.
- Technical development and architecture experience.
- Experience in software tools and automation of development pipeline activities
- Significant experience working with enterprise architecture patterns and solid working knowledge of enterprise architecture best practice
- Good understanding of cloud and Platform as a service offerings.
- Exposure to Reporting tools like Cognos / Tableau
- Experience with modern SDLC tools - Git, JIRA, Artifactory, Jenkins/TeamCity, Open Shift - is a plus
- 10 year + experience and hard core technologist.
