Position Overview

Job Title: Programme Manager

Location: Pune

Corporate Title: VP

The newly rebranded Cloud & Platform Technology (CPT) franchise sits within Group CTO function. We are responsible for forward looking technology across Deutsche Bank (DB) and offer 4 macro products: Application Platforms, Data & Analytics, Process & Automation and Developer Tooling. We aspire to be the benchmark technology organization in DB. This role is part of the Strategy & Transformation function and reports into the Head of Transformation

We are transforming our approach to our investment projects & programmes; consolidating in to true high value programmes of work, optimized governance framework, clear and compelling business cases developed with our customers and supported by a programme management community of practice (CoP). This role will lead one of our CPT investment programmes and will contribute to the creation of a new programme management CoP.

Your key responsibilities: (5 bullet points max)

• Lead one of the CPT investment programmes, front to back
• Work with the Product Owners and stakeholders to build compelling and relevant business cases
• Work with the Head of Transformation to shape the project management community or practice
• Support the adoption of an agile way of working
  • Right size the project management requirements
  • Structure the programme to align to a scaled scrum delivery approach
  • Work with the wider team to increase standards and discipline
  • Eliminate waste
• Mentor junior project & programme managers

Your skills and experience: (5 bullet points max)

• Proven track record as a senior programme manager with experience leading complex multi-stakeholder delivery programmes
• Credible and able to influence senior business & technology stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills, a natural collaborator & able to affect change without direct control
• Working knowledge of agile/lean ways of working, ideally with experience of LeSS & SCRUM
