Job Summary

A start-up, located amidst the picturesque mountains of Dharamshala is looking to hire Executive Operations. The company has been setup by seasoned professionals, with experience in IT and ITES industry, having worked themselves with leading brands in India. The company intends to offer customer service and BPO solutions for its clients world-wide. We are looking to hire Executive Operations to support our CEO, manage operations of the company. The company has interests in IT, Publishing, Arts promotion, Livelihoods, Rural networks and Travel & Tourism sector. We are looking for a person who has the initiative and drive to help manage these business and grow operations of the company. :

  • Should have atleast 2+ years of work experience
  • B.Com/ BBA/ MBA is an added plus
  • Have good English communication skills; both oral and written
  • Are willing to work in night-shifts
  • Have aptitude for sales; i.e. willing to understand the customers paint point and then offering a solution
