Job Summary

Job description Roles and Responsibilities 1. Assist the Sales Manager in onboarding new channel partners, providing them with comprehensive knowledge of our products, target market, and sales process. 2. Assist the Sales Manager in identifying and prospecting potential clients in the real estate market. 3. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets & to drive business growth. 4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for business growth. 5. Actively participate in lead generation activities such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals. 6. Schedule site visits and accompany potential clients, providing them with product demonstrations and answering any inquiries they may have. 7. Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, provide information about available properties, and arrange property viewings. 8. Maintain regular communication to keep leads engaged and progress them through the sales pipeline. 9. Support the Sales Manager in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to clients. 10. Assist in negotiating sales terms and conditions, ensuring a win-win situation for both the client and the company. 11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system. 12. Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager regarding sales performance, market trends, and challenges faced. 13. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to drive sales. 14. Maintain regular communication to keep leads engaged and progress them through the sales pipeline.
