Job Summary
Achieve primary targets. Drive secondaries in line with primary Range selling (sell complete range) New product launch across Route coverage Retail expansion (getting into new outlets) Distribution expansion (Increase distributors count for enhanced reach) Deploy new freezers in the territory. Redeployment of sick outlets (freezers not performing as per the norms of the comp) Drive QPs / promotions Keep track of competition activities & report back to his reporting manager (activities could be trade schemes, new product launch, distribution innovations, revision of MRPs) Undertake branding executions at retail level.
